Sr. Business Consultant-Digital Transformation & Innovation
We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Consultant with expertise in the areas of digital, design and innovation to join our Strategy and Digital Business Transformation team. We help our clients at various stages of their digital and innovation roadmaps thus this role will have the opportunity to both help shape strategic ambitions and overcome various barriers on clients’ digital journeys. The role includes facilitating workshops, assessing digital and innovation maturity, and leading large, complex client engagements. As part of the Business Consulting practice, we help our partners realize their full business potential by unleashing the power of people and technology. This role is designed to help businesses isolate key pain points, and overcome them by using industry leading tools and techniques to kick starting their digital evolution journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large client engagements, cross functional project teams and provide digital strategy and transformation recommendations
- Client Relationship Management through strong business relationships, expertise and ability to solve complex problems
- Lead the co-creation of digital roadmaps with clients based on assessment of current state (across technology, organization & people, business model) and desired future state
- Facilitate strategic visioning, objective setting and design thinking workshops
- Lead and support innovation labs to help clients identify key priorities and digital initiatives
- Develop specific frameworks and tools for assessments and for leading design and innovation initiatives
- Seamlessly transition between business and technology groups when work with clients to ideate customer solutions, develop requirements, design services, and work to implement action items
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a Strategic Consulting environment developing enterprise strategies, frameworks, business models, and roadmaps
- Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives
- Mix of technical know how and strategic mindset
- Enthusiasm for problem solving, innovation, and human-centered design
- Experience working in or with larger enterprise-level organizations and senior leadership
- Demonstrated professional experience is service design, human-centered design, qualitative research & discovery and systems thinking
- Experience with workshop and meeting facilitation, particularly with senior executive level participants
Enough technical knowledge to be able to speak intelligently to key individuals in both the business and technology sides of an organization - Strong practical knowledge of strategic tools and methodologies, such as scenario analysis, business model development, value chain analysis, operational readiness assessment
- Specific knowledge of one or more emerging technical domains is a bonus (e.g. Data strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IoT, AI)
Required Level of Education (include certifications):
- Business Degree or equivalent professional experience

Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience working for a strategy consulting firm developing business strategies for clients or equivalent experience
- 8 years of general consulting or other equivalent business experience
- 3 years of involvement in at least one aspect of a digital transformation (e.g. business modeling, digital marketing, operation automation)
- At least 2 years of experience in leading the development of proposals and value propositions including experience in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Consultant, Digital Customer Advisory

API Solution Architect
As a senior technical member of digital delivery teams with director-level reporting, the API Solution Architect is responsible for contributing to the strategy, design, and delivery of API’s to enable the digital delivery of targeted capabilities for our clients. Leveraging existing assets, and contributing to the selection of new innovative technologies, the API Solution Architect is responsible for defining and evolving API capabilities while ensuring a stable and high-performing system that scales effectively with business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner and collaborate with delivery teams to design, build, and evolve API’s that deliver targeted capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on architectural direction in alignment with enterprise architecture and technology strategies, methodology, design, and reuse opportunities for external-facing API’s and internal back-office integrations
- Provide delivery leadership, technical expertise, coaching and guidance to delivery teams to ensure API and integration design and implementation addresses key functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure solution design is compliant with established enterprise architecture standards and principles

Cloud Security Architect
As a cloud security specialist in our Infrastructure and Automation practice you are responsible for delivering quality solutions. The primary areas of focus for the Cloud Security Architect is to advise our clients in developing Cloud risk management strategies and multi-year implementation and remediation programs based on business priorities and risks to address Cyber Security, Cyber Defense and Business needs of their enterprise. We are looking for a candidate that would be willing to develop our security practice as our business needs currently necessitate the need.
Responsibilities:
- Technical delivery in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Work with other 3Cloud practice leaders to define new strategies, develop and communicate value propositions to existing and new clients
- Responsible for articulation and publication of Whitepapers, Blogs, Articles etc periodically, based on the norms set.
- Define information security strategies, including guiding principles and future state vision, ensuring that the strategic objectives are aligned with business goals
- Develop and embed IT security systems architecture to support that strategy
- Assessment of security architecture, analysis of issues and development of recommendations for their resolution
Required Qualifications:

Cloud Solution Architect
This role is an integral part of the team responsible for crafting and delivering creative cloud solutions for our clients. Your duties will include designing, building and automating cost effective, resilient, and secure cloud-based applications, as well as migrations of existing workloads to public clouds. As a trusted partner, you will also be in a position to advise our clients on the relative merits of selecting and implementing various architecture patterns within their current infrastructure or implementing new automation strategies in the cloud. You will help clients with cloud adoption strategies by engineering solutions that deliver measurable business value, using ground breaking technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, and deliver cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud workloads
Migrate enterprise workloads to Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, using industry standard as well as proprietary methodologies
Automate cloud deployments, as well as build CI/CD pipeline to support Cloud-Based workloads
Provide experienced knowledge and/or develop competency on various automation tools
Stay on top of the latest trends and develop expertise in emerging cloud technologies
Work as a member of the client team and/or Slalom project team member

Digital Architect
The Digital Architect position delivers strategic and project-level architectural support for systems and solutions, provides focus and assistance with technology planning, governance, and delivery activities for our clients. The Digital Architect must be able to assess and design solutions that support long lasting business values with quality measured by multiple metrics (scalability, performance, security, technology alignment, systematic and robust deployment and operational processes, with little or no defects). The architect will collaborate with other technology groups, delivery managers, business groups, vendors and team members. They must be able to communicate the architecture solutions and the benefits to various team members.
Responsibilities:
- Envision and outline technical solutions to business problems within/across domains, including appropriate design tradeoffs, build-vs-buy options, and cost/benefit analysis
- Create and refine the conceptual architecture for the proposed solution
- Leverage industry and organizational standards, patterns, and best practices to develop architectures that fulfill business strategies
- Transfer architecture deliverables to project/delivery managers and/or application/domain architects, as appropriate for the project
- Ensure the solution is aligned to enterprise architectural principles and roadmap.
